About Géraldine

Géraldine, a Swiss native, discoverd yoga through André Van Lysebeth’s book “J’apprends le Yoga. While living in Santa Cruz, California, she found TriYoga, and was inspired by its flowing movements to become a certified teacher in 1999.

Her teaching began at San Francisco's MOMA and has since expanded to prenatal, baby, and kid’s classes, as well as TriYoga Aqua and SUP (standing Up paddle) . Now that her sons are grown, she enjoys guiding students of all ages and abilities.

“TriYoga, Taichi, Qigong and Reiki have supported me through every stage of life - from teen to mother to senior. I’m grateful to learn, practice, teach and share these natural healing practices of movement , stretching, and meditation in action.”

Today she teaches daily Mindful Stretching sessions on zoom, leads TriYoga , Qigong and Meditations hikes, and offers retreats in Sri Lanka at Sanatha Suwaya with Buddhist monk Bhante Sujatha, https://bhantesujatha.org/
